Return & Refund Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked for defects before shipping out. Hence, we will not be responsible for the item after we have delivered. All items that are bought through Apple Tomatoes will not be exchangeable/ returnable but limited to defects/ size/ color/ item error which is approved by our management for an exchange.


Customers will be liable for all postage required to send to the designated address as provided by us. Apple Tomatoes will then cover the cost to send back the corrected items to the respected customers.


Material and quality issues are a subjective matter due to the colors of each monitor varies. Apple Tomatoes do not guarantee that the item seen in the photographs will be exactly the same as what you received. Slight color difference is to be expected because of varying monitor settings and lighting conditions when the item was photographed. However, Apple Tomatoes can assure customers that the item color will not be a big issue. If you have any concerns, please contact us before making an order.


Should you find a defected item upon receiving your parcel, kindly write in to us within 5 working days together with the photo of the defected item attached, we will further investigate.
